Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela has spilled the beans that she will be starring in a biopic about the Bollywood icon Parveen Babi.
Rautela took to social media to share the news, writing, “I am excited to bring the story of one of the most iconic actresses of Indian cinema to life. Parveen Babi was a true star, and I hope to do her justice.”

The biopic is currently in the pre-production stage, and no other details have been released yet. However, Rautela’s announcement has already generated a lot of excitement among fans of Babi, who was one of the most popular and successful actresses of her time.
Babi was born in Junagadh, Gujarat, India, in 1954. She began her career as a model in the early 1970s, and her striking looks and unconventional personality quickly made her a star. She went on to star in a number of successful films, including Deewar, Amar Akbar Anthony, and Suhaag.
In the early 1990s, Babi was diagnosed with schizophrenia and retired from acting. She passed away in 2005, aged 55.
